All rates are based upon double (2) occupancy, for additional occupants a charge will be assessed.  Rents are consecutive usage, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.  All reservations and/or deposits are subject to approval of Management.  Deposits on Nightly or Weekly reservations are non-refundable.  Monthly deposits in the amount of $100.00 are refunded in the amount of $50.00, only if cancellation is made, in writing, more than 30 days in advance of arrival date.  If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival, no refund is given.  All refunds due to cancellation will paid by COMPANY CHECK ONLY and mailed to customer.
