Daily	$28.00 per day, Rates includes water, electric and sewer $30.00 per day for pull-through spaces, Rates includes water, electric & sewer * $3.00 per day per adult $1.00 per child over DOUBLE occupancy.

Weekly	$141.00 per week, Rates includes water, electric and sewer * $3.00 per day per adult $1.00 per child over DOUBLE occupancy.

Monthly	$345.00 a month, Rate includes water, sewer and 500 kwh electricity. Over 500 KWH of Electricity is charged separately. * $90.00 a month per adult $30.00 per child over DOUBLE occupancy.

Seasonal	$2070.00 for Six months with 2 weeks free. (Paid in Advance)

Yearly	$4140.00 for Twelve months, WITH 13TH MONTH FREE (Paid in Advance)

*All rates plus tax if applicable for selected sites.: * All rates are based on occupancy of two people; for additional occupants a charge will be assessed. Rents are consecutive usage, non-refundable, and non-transferable. All reservations and/or deposits are subject to approval of Management. Deposit refunds AND refunds due to cancellation may be made with up to 30-day written notice; however, a processing fee of $50.00 will be charged. Cancellations made less than 30 days are non refundable. Refunds are done by check only.
