Daily
$30.00 per day for back-in spaces.
$32.00 per day for pull-through spaces.

Rates include water, sewer and trash disposal.  FREE WI-FI

*All rates are based upon DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.

$155.00 per week for back-in spaces.
$164.00 per week for pull-through spaces.

*All rates based upon DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.   Extra persons over DOUBLE occupancy:  $75..00/month per adult; $50.00month per child; plus occupancy tax.

All rates are based upon double (2) occupancy, for additional occupants a charge will be assessed.  Rents are consecutive usage, non-refundable, and non-transferable.  All reservations and/or deposits are subject to approval of Management.  Deposits in the amount of $100.00 are refunded in the amount of $50.00 only if cancellation is made, in writing, more than 30 days in advance of arrival date.  If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival no refund given.  All refunds due to cancellation will by paid by COMPANY CHECK ONLY and mailed to customer.
