Yearly

$3900.00 (back-in) for Twelve months, with 13TH MONTH FREE. (Paid in Advance)

Stay with us for 6 months at monthly rates and leave your rig on site for 6 months at $50.00 per month.

Save $50 for every Rver you refer for a minimum stay of 3 months!

All rates are based upon double (2) occupancy, for additional occupants a charge will be assessed. Rents are consecutive usage, non-refundable, and non-transferable. All reservations and/or deposits are subject to approval of Management. Deposits in the amount of $100.00 are refunded in the amount of $50.00 only if cancellation is made, in writing, more than 30 days in advance of arrival date. If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. All refunds due to cancellation will by paid by COMPANY CHECK ONLY and mailed to customer. Reservations for nightly or weekly will be charged for one (1) night if cancelled within 30 days. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date, no refund will be given.
