Daily	$28.00 per day. Rates includes water, electric and sewer $30.00 per day for pull-through spaces. Rates include water, electric & sewer. * $3.00 per day per adult, $1.00 per child over double occupancy.

Weekly	$141.00 per week. Rates includes water, electric and sewer * $3.00 per day per adult $1.00 per child over double occupancy.

Monthly	$345.00 a month. Rate includes water, sewer & 500 kwh of electricity. Pull-through Spaces are $20.00 per month extra. Over 500 kwh of Electricity is charged separately. * $90.00 a month per adult $30.00 per child over double occupancy.

Seasonal	$2070.00 for Six months. with 2 weeks free (Paid in Advance)

Yearly	$4140.00 for Twelve months, with 13th Month Free. (Paid in Advance)

*All rates are based on occupancy of two people; for additional occupants a charge will be assessed. Rents are consecutive usage, non-refundable, and non-transferable. All reservations and/or deposits are subject to approval of Management. Deposit refunds AND refunds due to cancellation may be made with up to 30-day written notice; however, a processing fee of $50.00 will be charged. Cancellations made less than 30 days are non refundable. Refunds are done by check only.
